5th Annual Lordship of Christ Conference – The Holy Scriptures
The Holy Scriptures are the theme of the 5th Annual Lordship of Christ Conference to be held at Dominion Baptist Church on Valleydale road. Is the Bible just another book written by fallible men or is it the communication of the One true God revealing Himself to man? Has God spoken to men and preserved the writings in such a way as to be authoritative? Are the Scriptures sufficient to guide modern man with all his struggles? Is there a famine of the Holy Scriptures in our land? What is the blessedness of the Scriptures and is there a unity to all 66 books? What did Jesus Christ say about the Holy Scriptures?
These and many more questions will be answered as we look at the uniqueness of the Christian Scriptures which set them apart from all other Holy Writings.
Pastor Todd Wilson will give the opening address Friday October 3rd at 7:00 PM on the Sufficiency of the Scriptures. On Saturday October 4th there will be two messages in the morning starting at 9:00 with dinner in the fellowship hall from from 12:00-1:00 and the concluding message in the afternoon at 1:15. Three messages will be delivered on Sunday beginning at 9:00AM.
