Argo sets April 21 non-binding election on electronic bingo
Argo Mayor Paul Jennings has set an April 21 non-binding election for town residents to vote “yes” or “no” on whether the town should allow electronic charity bingo.
Jennings asked a group of volunteers named the Argo Citizens’ Action Team to conduct the election. The group, made up of people for and against the issue, includes the same people who are collecting donations for the town’s fire department, he said.
