Not too long ago I got into a discussion with someone that said whether or not homosexuals are allowed to marry does not really affect heterosexual marriages. Her reasoning was that outlawing same-sex marriage was not going to bring others to Christ nor was there anything in the law that should cause the hype about homosexuality being pushed in the schools. Here is a portion of what I shared:

But I must disagree with the schools issue, they were not lying, they actually have plenty of basis for their statements from the homosexual agenda’s own writing. While your law may not have dealt with the schools as such, it is clear from the homosexual agenda that they desire that homosexuality be taught as normal and acceptable to all school age children. While you may personally disagree with homosexuality and feel that homeschooling will protect your children, we must be concerned for all the children exposed to that agenda. Not only that, they will not be content until all children are taught to accept homosexuality as normal. That in itself will endanger your right to homeschool in the future.

Kevin Jennings, Obama’s “Safe Schools Czar”, is founder of GLSEN and encourages the education of students about homosexuality. This group has not only been advocating for tolerance but also has been teaching children about explicit techniques for years.

I would encourage you to think about the larger ramifications of a seemingly simple law to allow homosexual marriage. It is farther reaching than you can imagine. Even down to removing verses from the Bible as “hate speech”. The vote in your state was just the first ripples in the pond of a tidal wave that the pro-homosexual agenda wants to unleash.

I have no clue about the ads in your state. I never said lying was OK or acceptable. I said that the Homosexuals do want their agenda taught in the schools and they will not be content until they are deemed not just as legally free, but protected such that no minister could possibly say that homosexuality is against God’s Word. God did create man and woman and institute marriage not man.

This law is no different to the gun control laws that have been enacted. It is whittling away one piece at a time to the moral fabric and freedom this nation was founded on. While this law may not have had wording concerning schools, it is part of the plan, it would have forced teachers when teaching about marriage to include teaching about homosexual unions as being equally valid. Once we are forced to accept homosexual marriages there will be no stopping the fall deeper into depravity. They do want to convert the children and have repeatedly said so.

Needless to say that didn’t go over well.

Make no mistake about it. The appointment of Kevin Jennings is no accident. Obama knew exactly whom he was appointing as “Safe Schools Czar.” The president was present at Jennings’s home for a fundraiser during his candidacy, and the homosexual community lauded his “candor as well as his fluency with LGBT issues.” (see here)

The president recently gave a speech at the a Human Rights Campaign banquet (click here for the first of three parts) where he promised the homosexual community everything they want (in spite of the fact that it is a litany of what God calls evil). In his speech, he acknowledges and normalizes the homosexual lifestyle, promotes homosexual marriage, opens the door for ENDA, promises an end to don’t ask don’t tell, invokes the memory of Ted (chappaquiddick) Kennedy, and revives the Matthew Shepherd myth. He’s coming with both barrels, and we must not be caught flat-footed.

First, the president intends to use the full force of the law (Hate Crimes) to coerce Americans into embracing all forms of sexual deviance (on threat of imprisonment). Second, he intends to take advantage of the fact that the overwhelming majority of those who claim to disagree with him send their children to government-run indoctrination centers where the likes of Kevin Jennings will bombard them with the pro-homosexual worldview. This, of course, will contribute to the increased prominence of the pro-homosexual worldview. President Obama knows what others have known for years:

If you thought Kevin Jennings was an isolated incident; think again. The Obama administration is on the offensive, and they are placing homosexual movers and shakers in influential positions in order to promote their agenda.

On September 15, the Bilerico project announced rather proudly that “The White House announced Monday that it will nominate Chai Feldblum, LGBT rights scholar and advocate, to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.” Who is Chai Feldblum (besides being a LGBT rights scholar and advocate)?

Education Secretary Arne Duncan in His Own Frightening Words

… And don’t forget, the Secretary Elect is firmly committed to a progressive worldview. In fact, he endorsed establishing The Chicago Social Justice High School – Pride Campus, Chicago’s first government high school for the promotion and reinforcement of the homosexual lifestyle.

Even the media is in on it.

The Blur of Gender — Is The New York Times Trying to Tell Us Something? By Al Mohler

On November 8, the paper ran an article, “Can a Boy Wear a Skirt to School?,” that described cross-dressing among teenagers as a growing phenomenon. Reporter Jan Hoffman explained that “a growing number of teenagers have been dressing to articulate — or to confound — gender identity and sexual orientation.” Hoffman’s article focused on the challenge these teens present to public school officials, who must now deal with boys who want to wear makeup and skirts and girls who want to dress like male gang members.

Hoffman quoted Oakland, California psychologist Diane Ehrensaft, who said: “This generation is really challenging the gender norms we grew up with. . . . A lot of youths say they won’t be bound by boys having to wear this or girls wearing that. For them, gender is a creative playing field.”

Then, in the November 19 edition of the paper, reporter Ruth La Ferla brought a similar story, this time focusing on a slightly older age group and the marketing opportunity their new gender experimentation affords. Her article, “It’s All a Blur to Them,” is accompanied by a photograph of three rather androgynous young adults and the statement, “Crossing between the men’s and women’s aisles feels right to young customers today.”

So I hope that clears up any doubts as to whether or not there is a homosexual agenda and whether it involves our children.
