Do All Things …

Philippians 2:14-16 (ESV)

14 Do all things without grumbling or questioning,
15 that you may be blameless and innocent, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and twisted generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world,
16 holding fast to the word of life, so that in the day of Christ I may be proud that I did not run in vain or labor in vain.

  1. Difficult is good. Near impossible is nearer my sentiment.

I mean, have you seen the weather over here…?

But truly, if it wasn’t possbile God would not have said it.

Getting back to the weather, we have been forecast for a week of rain.

My son was somewhat disheartened at this.

I said to him, Son, look outside, look at how green it is. There are countries with famine and drought because they have no rain.
It might not be fun, but at least we can eat.

So come rain or shine, we can’t complain. God knows what is best for us.

    God bless.

True it is quite impossible for us. However, since the Lord works through us, then it just becomes difficult and not impossible. 😉

There have been many years we would have loved to have rain in the forecast like you do. Right now it is dry but since it is becoming fall it isn’t as bad as if it was early summer. Animal feed prices are very high here due to the extreme heat we had earlier this summer. Shame we can’t bottle up the weather and spread it more evenly around. :0
